Terms and Conditions

We are proud of our apartment, and want you to have an enjoyable stay.

Standard arrival time is 4pm and guests are requested to leave no later than 10am on the day of departure. Variations on these times may be possible, but will require prior arrangement with the keyholder.

If there is anything that you are unhappy about upon your arrival, please advise us immediately, we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Late complaints are difficult to resolve and we may be unable to be of assistance.

Please report any breakages or problems to us as soon as possible.

Booking and Rental

A non-returnable deposit is payable at the time of reservation, with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival.

The rental cost is in Sterling and we accept payment by bank transfer or cheque. Our bank details are available on request.

The rental cost is inclusive of the following:

  • All linen including towels
  • Electricity
  • Cleaning on departure
  • Hot Water

It does not include the following:

  • Wifi, although the apartment is in a BT hotspot, payment will be needed to access it unless you are already a BT broadband customer

Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is:

  • Up to 28 days prior to arrival date: £50
  • Between 28 and 14 days prior to arrival date: 50% of contracted rate
  • Within 14 days of arrival date: Full amount

Changes to Your Bookings

It may be possible to change the date of your reservation please inform us soon as possible.

Occupancy

Guests are reminded that the accommodation is booked for a maximum of two named adults only. Names and addresses of the guests are required at the time of booking.

The booking is made on the basis that the apartment is to be occupied by the guest(s) for a holiday for the specified period. 

Parking

The parking space is protected by a bollard. Please leave it in the locked, vertical position when the parking space is unoccupied

Pets

Strictly no pets.

Bancroft is strictly no smoking
