Weekly rate is £420

10% loyalty discount for previous guests of 4 Bancroft Place and/or Minerva. 87% of our guests are returning guests from either Minerva and/or 4Bancroft Place (Source 2018-19 booking statistics)

Short Breaks from £275 approximately 2/3rd weekly rate. Short breaks are either 3 night weekend or 4 night

midweek.

We do not inflate our rates for Christmas, New Year or other holiday periods. 

We are flexible about start and end days, and extra days can be added to all stays if required.

£50 Non-refundable deposit required to secure booking

Payment in sterling cheque or bank transfer.
